Responsibilities (Key deliverables and tasks)

  • To conduct dietetic assessments and develop care plans for nursing home residents who have been referred to Nualtra
  • To triage all referrals in the allocated territory and ensure that residents are reviewed within a clinically appropriate timeline
  • To provide nutritional support and advice on the Nualtra product range to health care professionals (HCPs) and their patients
  • To support nursing homes to deliver the best nutritional care to their residents e.g., conduct online or onsite training with staff in nursing homes
  • Liaising with territory partners to manage relationships with key stakeholders and HCPs in the region
  • To collaborate with colleagues to develop support materials and resources for HCPs
  • To deliver projects as a member of the Nualtra Team and HCP teams to drive innovative clinical solutions to partner nursing homes.
  • To undertake continuous professional development as a member of the Nualtra Team
