Ingredients

  • 1 x 125g pot of Nutricrem Vanilla
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • Chocolate flake crumbled (optional)

Vanilla Affogato

Makes 1 serving

  1. Freeze a pot of Nutricrem Vanilla and then scoop into a cup.
  2. Mix 2 tsp of instant coffee with 60ml boiling water in a separate cup
  3. Pour the hot coffee over the ‘ice-cream’.
  4. Crumble a chocolate flake on top (optional)
