Add a knob of butter to a frying pan and heat until melted.
Whisk together 2 large eggs and 2 shots (60ml) of Altrashot Neutral in a bowl with a fork.
Add the mixture to the pan and stir while heating until the eggs are cooked and are light and fluffy and separated. Season with salt and pepper.
