- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
- Heat a non-stick pan at high temperature before adding the oil, then add the chicken fillets
- Cook for at least 5 minutes on each side then add the port, which will take flame (be careful)
- At this point take the pan off the heat and place the almost cooked chicken fillets into an oven-safe dish and set aside
- In the pan, add honey, the pre-made gravy to any remaining liquid from the pan to create the honey port jus
- Slowly add the Foodlink Complete to the honey port jus and chicken, stirring continuously to avoid lumps; you may need to put the pan back on gentle heat to mix well, being careful not to boil
- Cover the almost cooked chicken fillets in the oven-safe dish with the honey port jus and place in the oven to cook for 15-20 minutes
- Serve with mash potato and vegetables
