Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Foodlink Smoothie Peach
  • 120ml sweetened almond milk (soy or coconut milk also work)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping:
  • 100ml tinned full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (or agave syrup)
  • a drop of vanilla extract
  • Fresh peach slices to garnish (optional)

Peach & Coconut Cream Shake

  1. Add the Foodlink Smoothie and plant milk to a Nualtra shaker and mix. Then pour into a blender with the frozen peaches and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass.
  2. For the coconut whipped topping, put the can of coconut milk in the fridge for a few hours. Open the can, scoop out around 100ml "cream" and reserve the rest along with the liquid for another use such as smoothies!
  3. Place the coconut cream in a bowl, add the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Using a hand-held mixer, whip until fluffy. Spoon over your peach milkshake and serve with sliced peaches (optional).
