- In a medium bowl place 50g of chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds
- Add the cream, stir until even consistency and microwave for 30 seconds more; be careful not to burn
- Place the butter and honey into a small mixing bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
- Add this to the chocolate and stir well
- Slowly add the Chocolate Foodlink Complete to the chocolate mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps
- Add the puffed rice snaps and mix well. Stir carefully until all puffed rice snaps are covered evenly with chocolate
- Transfer the mixture to cupcake cases
- Top with mini eggs or topping of your choice
- Transfer and store the cupcakes in refrigerator & allow to chill for 1 hour
- Enjoy!
