Ingredients

  • 57g Chocolate Foodlink Complete / Foodlink Complete Compact
  • 60g puffed rice snaps
  • 15g butter
  • 15g honey
  • 50g cooking chocolate
  • 30ml cream
  • Chocolate mini eggs for decoration
  • 4 cupcake cases

No Bake Mini Egg Easter Nests

  1. In a medium bowl place 50g of chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds
  2. Add the cream, stir until even consistency and microwave for 30 seconds more; be careful not to burn
  3. Place the butter and honey into a small mixing bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
  4. Add this to the chocolate and stir well
  5. Slowly add the Chocolate Foodlink Complete to the chocolate mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps
  6. Add the puffed rice snaps and mix well. Stir carefully until all puffed rice snaps are covered evenly with chocolate
  7. Transfer the mixture to cupcake cases
  8. Top with mini eggs or topping of your choice
  9. Transfer and store the cupcakes in refrigerator & allow to chill for 1 hour
  10. Enjoy!
