Ingredients

  • 1 pot Nutrirem Vanilla
  • 3 digestive biscuits
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter melted
  • 100g full fat cream cheese
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 5 blueberries
  • Ice cubes

No Bake Cheesecake

 

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and stir in the melted butter.

  2. Add to the base of a glass and press with the back of a spoon to form a biscuit layer. Chill.

  3. Stir a pot of Nutricrem Vanilla and fold into the cream cheese.

  4. Layer on top of the biscuit and chill for a few hours. Serve with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
