• 1 sachet Foodlink Smoothie (Any flavour)
  • 20g Porridge Oats
  • 100g Soya Yoghurt
  • 50ml Water or Coconut Water.
  • Handful of chopped fresh fruit to serve

Fruity Breakfast Bowl

  1. Add any flavour sachet of Foodlink Smoothie to a bowl and mix with the porridge oats. Spoon over the soya yoghurt and water or coconut water. Stir to combine.

  2. Refrigerate overnight. Serve the next morning with your choice of chopped fresh fruit.
