- Add the chicken bouillon to 200ml of hot water and stir
- Using a large non-stick pan, fry the diced chicken until brown
- Slowly add the bouillon and water mixture to the pan
- While the chicken is cooking, add the chopped onion, garlic and paprika
- Simmer for 15-20minutes, ensuring chicken is fully cooked
- Mix the curry powder with some cold water to form a paste before adding to prevent lumps forming
- Add the chopped pepper and chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 20 minutes
- Add the coconut milk and simmer for another 10 minutes
- During this time, slowly add the Foodlink Complete to the curry, stirring continuously to avoid lumps, careful not to boil
- Serve with rice
