Ingredients

  • 57g Natural Foodlink Complete
  • 500g chicken breast (diced)
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 large pepper (any colour)
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 100ml coconut milk

Chicken Korma

  1. Add the chicken bouillon to 200ml of hot water and stir
  2. Using a large non-stick pan, fry the diced chicken until brown
  3. Slowly add the bouillon and water mixture to the pan
  4. While the chicken is cooking, add the chopped onion, garlic and paprika
  5. Simmer for 15-20minutes, ensuring chicken is fully cooked
  6. Mix the curry powder with some cold water to form a paste before adding to prevent lumps forming
  7. Add the chopped pepper and chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 20 minutes
  8. Add the coconut milk and simmer for another 10 minutes
  9. During this time, slowly add the Foodlink Complete to the curry, stirring continuously to avoid lumps, careful not to boil
  10. Serve with rice
