• 250g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 1 x 57g sachet Vanilla Foodlink Complete / Foodlink Complete Compact
  • 150g butter, melted
  • 397g can caramel
  • 4 small bananas
  • 300ml fresh cream, whipped
  • 100g grated chocolate

Banoffee Pie

  1. Line a 23cm tart tin. Stir the melted butter through the crushed digestives and sprinkle in the vanilla Foodlink Complete sachet, stirring well.
  2. Press mixture into base and sides of tin.
  3. Chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread caramel over base, top with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
  5. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate and chill until ready to serve.
